Bedding, AC, shower & quietness were good. Extra beds suitable for tall teens. Amenities: microwave, kettle, minibar, made breakfast in room doable. 20 min walk to metro. 10 min to traditional biergarten. Good quality vs price.

It's just a quick walk to the U-Bahn through Munich Freiheit or Alte Heide U-Bahn. The rooms are spacious and can comfortably accommodate four adults, with a nice private feel. The staff is friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist. Plus, the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of choices and is regularly refilled for a satisfying start to the day.
There is some ongoing construction work in the area, which might cause some inconvenience during the day.

We loved the clean and comfortable room with excellent facilities like a microwave and fridge. Spacious room with a home-like feel, complete with a kitchen, dining table, and sofa. The bed was incredibly comfortable and large. The bathroom was clean, big, and convenient with all the necessary amenities. The location was quiet, surrounded by offices, apartments, and green spaces, and it offered easy access to the city via tram. Breakfast was satisfying and provided enough fuel for the day.
